When students enter the front doors, they’re invited to join a rousing game of UNO in the lobby or toss the football in the gym—a relaxed and fun way to kick off the afternoon. Each meeting features crazy games and engaging activities, combined with Bible teaching. 2 events,The Food Pantry is a ministry of Judson Church with the mission to provide free food for those in Joliet (and the surrounding area) who are in need. The Pantry seeks to provide food for a day (or more) to each family that participates. “He has told you, O man, what is good…to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God.” Micah 6:8 When: *Second and Fourth Mondays of each month from *1:00pm – *2:30pm (Dates and Times can fluctuate) Where: Judson Church Parking Lot Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered program with foundations firmly established in Biblical truth. The purpose of Celebrate Recovery is to find freedom from our hurts, habits and hang-ups through God’s healing power in our lives. Who: All are welcome. No registration is needed, just show up. 1 event,Jesus Is Better: A Study Through Hebrews Hebrews shows us that Jesus is greater than anything that came before Him. Written to believers who were struggling, it calls us to hold fast to Christ and trust Him fully. In this study, we’ll see how Jesus is our perfect Savior and why He is worth enduring faith. JOY (Just Older Youth) is an opportunity for seniors ages 55+ to come together and enjoy fellowship while learning more about God through Bible study, prayer and worship. We also have a monthly lunch group where we share our lives and learn from each other. There are no prerequisites or requirements for joining JOY; anyone can join. Everyone is welcome! Our senior ministry, JOY (Just Older Youth), meets twice a month on Wednesday mornings at 10:15 am in the TEAL room. Genesis: Where It All Began Join us for a 5-week journey through the opening book of the Bible.
