The Weekend Itinerary: At-a-Glance
Friday: The Kickoff
4:00 PM | Pre-Retreat Session: We start together at the hotel to set our hearts for the weekend.
5:30 PM | Dinner on the Town: Grab a “dinner date” with a new or old Judson friend! This is your time to explore local spots before we head to camp.
7:00 PM | Session One (Bair Lake): We head to the camp for our first round of worship, teaching, and high-energy fun activities.
Saturday: Depth & Delight
Morning | Breakfast & Study: Enjoy breakfast at the camp followed by an impactful morning teaching session.
Afternoon | Your Choice: * Workshops: Participate in a variety of curated workshops at Bair Lake.
Evening | Worship & Community: We gather again for evening teaching, worship, and more camp-style fun.
Sunday: The Send-off
Morning | Final Session: One last time together in the Word to wrap up our bi-annual getaway.
10:00 AM | Departure: Head home refreshed and ready for the week ahead!

Where do we eat dinner on Friday? Friday dinner is “on your own.” We encourage you to grab a few other Judson ladies and head to a nearby restaurant! It’s a great way to kick off the weekend with intentional conversation before we head to Bair Lake for the 7:00 PM session.
What kind of workshops are available on Saturday? Bair Lake offers a variety of activities! Whether you are looking for something crafty, something active, or something reflective, there will be options to suit every personality. (Or, if “Napping” is your preferred workshop, the hotel is just 15 minutes away!)
Do I need to check out of the hotel before the Sunday session? Yes, you will need to check out of the hotel before the final session. We will provide specific instructions on Sunday morning logistics closer to the event date.
Because we only gather like this every two years, we’ve designed this schedule to give you the best of both worlds. You’ll get the ‘deep dive’ into Scripture, but you’ll also have the space to actually talk to one another. Whether it’s over Friday dinner or during a Saturday afternoon nap, this weekend is about connecting Judson women to Jesus and to each other.
