Judson Men’s Retreat
September 25-27
Bair Lake Bible Camp
Rest | Brotherhood | Identity
The Mission: Work, marriage, family, and church—these are good gifts, but the pressure to “perform” in every area can be exhausting. This weekend is designed as a refuge from the distractions of modern life. Through a fun-filled program and spiritual challenges, we will be equipped to live not as men trying to “earn” our way, but as sons of God who are fully accepted in Christ.
The Experience:
- Dynamic Teaching: Learn to find your true rest in Him.
- Engaging Worship: Reset your focus alongside your brothers.
- Brotherly Fellowship: Real talk and real connection.
Man-Skills & Activities
We don’t just sit in pews; we get outside. Whether you’re looking for a thrill or a chill afternoon, we’ve got you covered:
- The Big Hits: Trap Shooting, Zipline, Archery Tag, and the Climbing Tower.
- The Classics: Disc Golf, High Ropes, and the Game Room.
- The Food: The legendary Grill-Your-Own Steak dinner.
Start Early: Service Friday
Want to give back? Arrive early on Friday to help with landscaping, splitting firewood, and building repairs.

FAQ for the Men
Is this just for “outdoorsy” guys? Not at all. Whether you want to hit the Zipline or just sit by “The Stand” with a coffee and talk about life, there is a place for you. The goal is fellowship, not a fitness test.
What do I need to bring? If you’re in Oakview, bring a sleeping bag and pillow. Everyone should bring a Bible, casual clothes that can get dirty, and earplugs (if you’re a light sleeper—snoring is a real thing!).
Why should I go? Because you weren’t meant to carry the weight of your world alone. Two days of brotherhood and refocusing on Christ can change the trajectory of your whole year.
