Enjoy a weekend of relaxation and encouragement at Bair Lake Bible Camp Women’s Retreat. The weekend is designed to re-energize you with authentic community, new friends, delicious food, and biblical teaching. Join us as we dive into God’s Word, take a ride on the zip line, experience God’s presence through His creation, and worship Him together in community!
Judson ladies are excited to return to Bair Lake Bible Camp. Our group will be staying at a hotel off-site this year (15 min from camp). The retreat will begin with a pre-retreat at the hotel on Friday (10/18) at 4pm and ends Sunday, (10/20) at 10am. We believe this will allow our group time and space to bond with one another on Friday afternoon and will also provide an opportunity to prepare our hearts for retreat (rather than sit in traffic on I-80!).
The hotel option does come at an increased cost, but ensures everyone will experience a queen sized bed (with a shared bath), 4 meals, 2 snacks, and all sessions and activities.
We have a block of hotel rooms in Three Rivers, Michigan. We ran out of rooms last year so we booked a bunch this year to ensure we would have enough space for all who wanted to attend. Your room and roommate assignment will be sent 2 weeks prior to retreat. If you requested assistance in finding a ride, that information will also be sent 2 weeks prior.
Things you should bring:
Bible, notebook, and pencil
Tennis shoes and sandals
Sport clothes and sweatshirt
Bug spray and sunscreen
Personal care items
Flashlight (the camp is VERY dark)
Spending money
Dinner on Friday night is not included in the retreat fee. We will provide you with dining suggestions located near the hotel. In addition, the Bair’s Cove offers snacks, clothing, and souvenirs. Additional costs include craft fees ($5-$10).
Retreat Pricing:
Tier 1- $219
Tier 2- $199
Payment Plan- $50 deposit. The office staff will work out a payment plan with you. The full payment must be paid by September 15.
Our tiered pricing allows you to choose the price you can best afford while offering everyone the same memorable retreat experience. Your additional investment helps ensure we can continue to offer every individual an affordable retreat experience. In addition to offering tiered pricing, scholarships are also available for ladies who need financial assistance to make the retreat experience a reality.

This year’s speaker is Jocelyn Wallace who serves at Faith Church of Lafayette as a volunteer counselor, conference and Mom2Mom teacher, and support for Women’s Ministries Small Groups. She and her family have attended Faith since 2000. Jocelyn and her husband, Brian, have two daughters, and she is the co-host of the Joyful Journey Podcast with Janet Aucoin.
